Love Poem: You Are Worthy
-Anonymous
(I didn’t write this, but wanted to share it)
You Are Worthy!
Do not undermine your worth by
Comparing yourself with others.
It is because we are different
That each of us is special.
Do not set your goals by what
Other people deem important.
Only you know what is best for you.
Do not take for granted the things
Closest to your heart.
Cling to them as you would your life,
for without them, life is meaningless.
Do not let your life slip through your fingers
By living in the past nor for the future.
By living your life one day at a time,
You live all the days of your life.
Do not give up when you
Still have something to give.
Nothing is really over until the
Moment you stop trying.
It is a fragile thread that
Binds us to each other.
Do not be afraid to encounter risks.
It is by taking chances
That we learn how to be brave.
Do not shut love out of your life by
Saying it is impossible to find.
The quickest way to receive
Love is to give love;
The fastest way to lose love
Is too hold it too tightly;
In addition, the best way to keep
Love is to give it wings.
Do not dismiss your dreams.
To be without dreams
Is to be without hope;
To be without hope
Is to be without purpose.
Do not run through life
So fast that you forget
Not only where you have been,
But also where you are going.
Life is not a race,
But a journey to be savored
Each step of the way.
Love Poem: Sassy Cat
“Sassy Cat”
Theme song for FindingMrRight.net, written by Mark McCord
Your my Inspiration
You know exactly how I feel
You ooze motivation
A pretty smile that seals the deal
You’re my Sassy Cat
You’re my girl
Searchin’ for an answer
While you were finding Mr. Right
I don’t suppose there’s a chance ya
Would look my way
And purr for me tonight
Come on Sassy Cat
How you went and drew the music card
It’s a mystery to me
Was it luck or was it fate
I need to know my heart cant wait
Tell me tell me what you see
I look at you across a crowded room
I see the magic in your eyes
You give a wink, turn and walk away
Sassy Cat I love your style………….Sassy
Your my inspiration
You know exactly how I feel
You ooze motivation
a pretty smile to seal the deal
You’re my Sassy Cat
And your my girl

This is an erotic love poem written by my dear friend, “Conscious Evolution”, in response to reading Dark November.
Dark December
All alone in this concrete jungle,
Where darkness comes early,
And the pavement is cold
With hard nashing teeth,
Stone buildings stand without emotion,
People zigzagging back and forth,
Emptiness filling their eyes.
Blind folded; I find safety in ignorance.
In the gray darkness, I hunger for that place,
That place where you are, where the candle light flickers,
Where the quilts are thick and warm,
Where there are no clothes, where anything goes.
You are my escape from this hard square world,
I love your curves, they make me human again.
Let me burry myself in you, where limp and weak trees grow
And become strong and alive again.
Be my organic garden, nourish me with your love and tender touches.
Give me the warmth and safety of your bosom.
Hold me like a loving child and I will do the same.
Let go with me and let us fall asleep in each others arms.
A place where there is no cold,
A place where the candlelight flickering allows no darkness,
Because even when I close my eyes
I see the Light being with you.

Why?
I know why you are here,
An awakening is coming.
Are you ready?
If you play with fire,
It will burn you to your core,
Reveal who you really are.
Everything not real
Will fall away from you,
Leaving only your-Self.
To be born anew,
You must be willing to die,
To rise from the depths of your own ashes.
Not many have the valor to walk
Through the valley of their own shadows.
You are not who you think you are,
This frightens you,
Because deep in your soul
You know something is missing.
You know I’m right.
That something is why you came,
But it’s not what you think.
It’s a mystery.
Ask your-Self to know
And it will show you.

Time
The Master of Illusion
I need more time alone to think,
To capture phantom thoughts,
Eluding conscious memory.
Wind racing past ears,
Calling loudly, but I go to fast to hear.
I need more time to ponder.
Screaming for deliverance from this madness,
I pray for silence as the clock yanks my chains,
And ever more I realize,
How lost I am, how far
From that guiding star,
My reason for existence,
My only true ambition,
To be free from the constraining illusion
Of time… that exists only in my mind.

No Name
I am consumed with wanting
But for what I am uncertain.
A need to feel alive?
A fire demon lives within me,
Scratching, screaming,
Trying to claw its way out.
My blood is poisoned by its Passion.
Restless, confined in a cage,
With just enough space to pace,
It plans escape.
Knowing it will come,
That day it will run free.
Only a name
Will bring peace, cease its torturing pleas.
Roaring in the dark void of my mind,
Beckoning come find, to look inside,
To search for meaning in my existence,
Demanding definition of my destiny.
It’s a living torch,
One I cannot extinguish,
And I am being incinerated
By its tempestuous flames.
The only relief from wrath,
Is found in your arms.
In your presence the longing subsides.
I get anxious
At the thought of leaving you,
Knowing, like an old familiar friend, it will return
To eat at me with its ravenous hunger,
Until I touch you once again.
With you, I want to do those things
Imagined, yet unsaid,
To turn this animal loose, no restraint.
Dare you let me close enough,
To scorch you with desire;
Dare you be my brave knight…
Slay this dragon breathing fire?

Prisoner of the Knight
You know me not by day,
The night is my domain,
That is where you come for me.
I long for your peaceful slumber,
When the spinning of your mind ceases,
No longer diverting the pursuit of pleasure.
I wait impatiently,
Lonely for your touch,
Until you dream once again.
That place beyond is where you find me,
Forever there, I am drunk with anticipation,
Writhing, ready for your touch.
Impale me,
That is what I’m pleading for,
Pervasion,
The surging passion of union,
Divine intoxication;
Is it ecstasy or madness?
Rest in me; calm yourself in my still waters,
Raging as a tempest against your shore,
Awaken not, once more without me.
A prisoner, existing only for your embrace,
Reason erases remembrance when you arise.
By day it holds me hostage, or is it you bound by this quest?
Always retreating, I keep you with iron chains,
Invisible, yet strong as spider’s webs,
That no man can tear asunder.
Goddess, granting secret desires,
With deathless lips I call out to you,
Breathless, “Release me from this exile.”
Pierce deeply with your sword,
Bring me forth into the dawn,
To be scorched by the blazing sun, made One.
But alas, day again, your memories fleeting,
The feel of soft skin fading,
Hard armor cracking, was it a fantasy?
“No”,
I cry out, “It was real”,
Can you not hear me, even now,
Beckoning from the void? Like an elusive thought,
Skimming the outskirts of your mind,
Torrid rustling, tantalizing imagination with desire.
Logic banished me; he is king of Day,
Contemplating the loss of his empire.
He must not risk entrapment by a siren, bewitcher of men,
Who would captivate, fascinate
This would be loner, stretching archer,
Weakening defenses, distracting from his aim.
After Sunset, you are mine,
Always returning, Discernment cannot control you then,
For I am Queen of Night,
Reflecting like a silver moon,
The word of truth, echoing faintly in your ears.
How can Judgment be right to keep you from me?
It tries to hold you torn, not knowing,
Destiny unrecognized, longing,
In the stirring silence of morning.
You must decide, worthy virgin or scarlet whore,
Treacherous vixen, or sacred priestess,
Leading to a paradise not yet found?
You will discover TRUTH,
When you defeat Separation and deliver me,
Allowing me to permeate your fortress.
Only when Night and Day unite,
And reign together as One,
Will there be peace in your tormented land.
Oh noble knight, see me as I am,
Look into my eyes, face your fear.
Mine is not a lying mouth, whispering sweet nothings.
I beg you to release me; do not forsake me this time.
Take me with you into the light,
And I will guide you to a Nirvana of delight.

The Quest
Your black tower calls in my brightest hour
Pleading for me to keep my OWN power
Whispering come back, by illusionary love be subdued
But I know in that place I will not be renewed
So I raise my shield and stand in what’s real
Protecting myself from all that you feel
Raw emotion that churns your mind like a wheel
As it plots how to keep my heart it would steal
I too there wept, at the glory of He,
And sang with the angels to set Him free,
As hung He there dying on that cross,
For the sins of the world, as we cried for our loss
I have kept slaves in bondage, as Queen of the Nile
Was there at the start, to see Adam smile
Tasted the fruit that the serpent did offer
And carried the blame, for why all men suffer
Yes my love, the Quest is eternal,
And to it we’re bound, the urge calls supernal
The moment is now, there is no other
My dear sweet man, my ‘once-upon-a-time’ lover,
Indeed God is all, oh yes God is One
Yet in so many sights, He still seems undone
So how can I rest, go off to star in some play
When so many sisters and brothers die on this day
How can I lay my sword on the ground
Walk away from the fight, when in my heart it’s been found
The cause that rings true, and in my soul cries
The one that brings tears of joy to my eyes
The time is now, the time for might
To stand up and shout, this is what’s right
To love one another, not to each make his mark
For that path is separate, alone in the dark
It is in truth
This song I must follow
My dear sweet man,
For all else is hollow

Risking the Ride
Even in writing this
I fight the urge to diverge
Mind racing
A myriad of splinters
All faces concocted
Concurring to own your heart
Scenarios and schemes
Inch to the tips of these fingers
Scenes of allurement swirling by
Designed fantasies for control
Aching to indulge
I tease myself
With tempting power
As dreams slip away in an instant
Of who I wish to be
Lost in your sighs my heart cries
Asking for remembrance
As everything’s forgotten in a moment
That can never last
Instantly all becoming the past
In this insanity called us
It takes everything decent to refrain
From this need to be worshiped
As I crave to hold you like no other
To mold you into submission, no permission
Heals buried deep in a desire to make you mine
I stand firm and am refined
Tongue resisting speech
That would pour sweet words of honey
Conspiring to reign with fire
Baptized in lust’s holy waters
I see everything I am
Pushed to the limits in you
A compliment to a king
Hot breath giving wings to a rising serpent
Redemption mounting my spine
Triumphant every time
I tell you the truth
One more day
Keeping the darkness at bay
I couldn’t become any stronger
Or find joy in myself any longer
If I had not you as a mirror
An image of strength
Growing clearer
It takes everything I have
To subdue this temptation to seduce
To make you “fall” in love with me
Unsure that I can give it in return
My soul must not break
My will to good cannot fall
To the enticement to manipulate
Sacrificing freedom
To an admirer of lies
The spirit of truth must have free reign
In my domain of dichotomy subdued
Beautiful and strong I need you
To show me my own reflection
Weaknesses consumed in ashes of glory
I cling to the lover that lives inside
One that must not hide,
Or be tamed,
A mare who when running wild
Finds unsurpassed joy
A release not brought by the hand of man
Yet still I risk the ride.

My Prayer
Dear Lord
Please help me to see
With Your eyes.
Lend me Thine ears to hear.
Let no man tell me lies
Believed
Wicked illusions
So deadly to my soul.
Let my heart be guided
By the virgin Wisdom, who is Thy Bride
With child of Thy seed
Yet, never once defiled.
She is the Shadow of the Sun.
Mother of Darkness and
Father of Light
Are One.
Let not my worldly desires defeat me,
Or any impure love keep me.
Protect me from my own selfishness
Arising from confusion to deceive.
I call on Him
Who opens the door,
In answer to my knocking plea,
And to He,
Who counted every maddening tear,
When I was questioning,
Wondering why
He had no mercy,
As in despair
I watched the death of saints
Lost all my loves
And relived memories that taint.
Give me strength
To defeat the evil one
Inside of me,
Not some monster god,
That devil,
Who has no power to overrule Thy purpose,
For he does not exist
Beyond the falsities of my own ego,
Whose ultimate nightmare,
Is to be subservient to LOVE, control lost,
In the fight to make illusions reign
In place of peace, skewing all perception.
I want to be like the one sacrificed
Resurrected into pure light,
Reborn amidst a higher vibration,
Refined by the fires of temptation.
Who counted every maddening tear,
When I was questioning,
Wondering why
He had no mercy,
As in despair
I watched the death of saints
Lost all my loves
And relived memories that taint.
Give me strength
To defeat the evil one
Inside of me,
